Represented by DMA Yachting, the impressive charter yacht SPIRIT OF MK is a 111 ft motor yacht featuring a jetski. The primary distinction of SPIRIT OF MK are her absolute comfort and alfresco dining areas. SPIRIT OF MK spends the summer season in Mallorca. She was delivered by the well-known ship builder CRN Ancona in 1980. An elegant refit was delivered in 2021/22. The well-planned yacht layout features 5 generous cabins and easily accommodates up to 12 guests.

SPIRIT OF MK is classified as a superyacht. The roomy aft deck, elegantly connects to the well-equipped and inviting main saloon. The main saloon is a friendly space with an abundance of seating areas and boasts a number of entertainment options.

Accommodation

Spirit of MK luxuriously accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 en suite cabins. A spacious master sweet offers a good size walk-around double bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite with his and hers sinks. The VIP cabin also offers a large walk around double bed, excellent storage and plenty of natural light. There is a further smaller double and two twin cabins. All cabins are en-suite.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like SPIRIT OF MK, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€11,750 - €18,800), making the charter cost €58,750 to €65,800. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
