If you enjoy diving, water-skiing or any other water sports, Aj will be more than happy to assist you whatever the time of day. He excels in all water sports, especially water skiing which he started at the age of 7! Aj also worked as a sailing instructor, where his passion for the ocean and sailing was born.

Dalmaine is a talented, dependable and friendly member of crew with a remarkable work ethic. After 18 years of cooking experience across 5 continents alongside some of the top chefs in the industry, he is highly experienced in his field and his dishes are exceptional. Dalmaine’s positive and professional attitude allows him to excel, as well as being a great team player with an award winning background in patisserie and baking. He enjoys creating new and tasty dishes and strives to provide the best possible service. He also enjoys water-sports like diving and is actually qualified scuba instructor!
Jordan Webb - Deckhand
Jordan is an extremely hardworking and dedicated crew member with a keen eye for detail. Having previously spent a season in the Caribbean as a deckhand and thriving in the position, he is eager to get back on the water and provide guests with the best service possible. He is friendly and personable, with a positive and can-do attitude. Having recently worked as a barman, Jordan not only looks after the vessels exterior, but is a confident cocktail and drink maker with a flare for service. He is highly experienced in water sport activities, as well as being a RYA qualified Personal Watercraft Instructor.

With a strong background in hospitality and having worked as an Au Pair for almost 3 years, Kara is confident and highly experienced in all housekeeping duties. Her interpersonal skills and caring persona make her the perfect fit for a stewardess position; she will be your every port of call and strives to go above and beyond in everything she does.
