Beach club living. CLOUD IX is a 2019 Sanlorenzo SX76 (about 78 feet) that leans into the crossover layout, with a beach club stern setup and a swimming platform so getting in and out of the water is not a production.
Stable when it counts. Stabilizers underway and at anchor help keep the boat calmer for lunch, naps, and anyone who prefers their rosé to stay in the glass. Short version: less wobble.
Toys with a point. A Williams Tender Sportjet 395 makes quick hops easy, and the lineup covers proper time on the water: Jet Ski (license required), Seabob F5SR, wakeboard, waterskis, towables, inflatable watertoys, snorkel gear, and two stand up paddle boards.
Simple sleeping plan. She sleeps up to 7 guests in 3 cabins (Master, VIP, and a twin with an extra Pullman), all with en-suite bathroom facilities and generously sized showers.

With more than 20 years of professional experience and a strong culinary background from the renowned Hofmann School in Barcelona, she brings both depth of knowledge and a calm, thoughtful approach to life on board.
Her style is rooted in Mediterranean cooking, with a natural flair for international and market-led cuisine, always shaped around guest preferences and the rhythm of the charter. Maria Jose is known for creating menus that feel fresh, balanced and personal, whether that means relaxed alfresco lunches, elegant dinners, or lighter wellness-focused dishes. Her training also includes pastry, vegan cooking, and food pairing, adding range and creativity to every meal.
Having worked extensively in the Balearics aboard both private and charter yachts, Maria Jose is highly experienced in provisioning, planning and delivering a seamless onboard dining experience. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Adilson has called Mallorca home since 2007 and knows the Balearic Islands exceptionally well.
