Balcony to the sea. PLAY THE GAME is a 28m Sunseeker built in 2014 (refit noted as 2022) and set up for eight guests, with a main-salon drop-down balcony that turns the lounge into an actual waterside hangout. Not a gimmick.
Easy water access. A hydraulic swim platform and an extra-large swim ladder make getting in and out of the water quick, even when everyone wants “one last swim.” It also keeps toy launching and pickup simple.
Toys that get used. You have two SEABOBs, paddleboards, wakeboards, waterskis, and multiple towables (including a 5-person biscuit and a banana), plus snorkelling and fishing equipment for the quieter types. The Ribeye A500 custom tender (listed with a 100hp Yamaha) handles the shuttle runs.
Eight, properly separated. Four ensuite cabins sleep 8: a master, a VIP, a double, and a twin that converts to a double, all on the lower deck, so nights stay calm while days stay social.

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
