Classic, kept current. CIUTADELLA is an 84ft wooden motor yacht from Chantier de l’Esterel, built in 1967 and refit in 2021. She is for clients who want proper old-school style without giving up modern basics like full air conditioning.
Six guests, three cabins. She sleeps 6 in 3 suites: a primary double with en-suite, plus a double and a twin. Simple. Sensible for a family or three couples who like each other.
Easy water access. A swim platform makes swim stops and getting back aboard less of a gymnastics routine. Add sun pads and sun loungers up top, and the day plan is basically: swim, dry, repeat.
Toys that get used. For time off the anchor, you have a Seadoo Jet-Ski, wakeboard, towable tube, paddleboards, snorkelling kit, and inflatable water toys. There are also two tenders, including a RIB, which helps keep shore runs and hop-offs quick.

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
