Charter questions

When are the final payment and APA due for my Mallorca charter?

The balance of your charter fee, the APA, and the Spanish VAT are due together about six weeks before your charter starts; your agreement shows the exact date.

The APA, your onboard budget for food, drinks, fuel, and marina fees, then travels with the boat. The captain spends from it during the week, keeps the accounts, and reconciles every cost with you before you disembark. Whatever is unspent is refunded after the charter.

We go through the captain’s APA accounts ourselves too. We know what fuel, berths, and provisioning should cost in the Balearics, so you are not interpreting a spreadsheet alone on the last morning.
