Why are prices shown without VAT and APA?

Because neither is the same for every yacht and itinerary, so baking them into the listed rate would make every price wrong for someone. The predictable part is Spanish VAT: the standard rate of 21% applies to charters starting in Spanish waters, and the exact treatment can shift with the itinerary, which is why your written quote, not the listing, is the definitive number.

The APA is the variable part: your onboard budget for food, drinks, fuel, and marina fees, typically 25 to 35% of the charter fee in the Med. Where a yacht lands in that range depends mostly on fuel appetite and how ambitious the route is; an Ibiza and Formentera loop burns more than a week of Mallorca calas. Unused APA is refunded after the charter.

What we promise instead: the first quote we send shows the full all-in number, charter fee, VAT, APA, and expected gratuity, so you compare real costs between yachts rather than headline rates. Worked examples: How Much Does a Mallorca Yacht Charter Cost?
