Javier is an experienced yacht captain whose career in the charter industry spans more than a decade. He has navigated extensively throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean, as well as completing crossings of the Atlantic, Baltic Sea, and English Channel. Calm, capable, and highly dedicated, Javier is committed to delivering the highest standards on board, ensuring every charter is seamless and memorable for his guests. Passionate about life at sea, he brings a wealth of knowledge and stories gathered throughout his journeys around the world. His love for watersports also led him to obtain advanced PADI certifications as both a scuba and rescue diver.

Macarena brings creativity, organisation, and a guest-focused approach to her role as onboard cook. Dedicated to preparing fresh and flavourful meals, she takes pride in creating menus tailored to guests’ preferences while maintaining high standards in the galley. Calm, adaptable, and detail-oriented, Macarena contributes to a welcoming atmosphere on board, ensuring every meal is an enjoyable part of the charter experience. She enjoys creating dishes that bring people together and add a special touch to every day at sea.

Pedro is an experienced deckhand/steward with a strong background in both private and charter yachts. Having worked across a variety of vessels in Ibiza and the Caribbean, he is confident in deck operations, guest service, tender handling, and watersports activities. A keen sailor and surfer, Pedro enjoys exploring the coastlines of the Canary and Balearic Islands. Adaptable and team-oriented, Pedro thrives in fast-paced onboard environments. Fluent in several languages, Pedro brings excellent communication skills and a relaxed, approachable presence on board.
