Serious 12-guest setup. LUISA is a 47.6m (156'2") Heesen motor yacht built in 1998 and refit in 2023 (also noted as 2025 in one source), sleeping 12 guests across 5 cabins including a main-deck master, two VIPs, and two twins with Pullman berths.
Spa day, onboard. There is a deck Jacuzzi for the post-swim reset, plus proper spa facilities including a sauna and steam room. Small detail, big impact. Stabilizers at anchor and underway help keep the yacht calm when you are trying to relax, not brace.
Watersports without excuses. The toy line-up is built for full days on the water: Jet Ski/WaveRunner options, flyboard, Jet Surf, efoil, wakeboard, water skis, kayaks, and paddleboards. Add snorkeling gear and underwater scooters and you have a ready-made schedule.
Easy logistics. A tender (listed as a 17ft/5.2m RIB in one dataset and an 8m Suzuki Eagle in another) keeps shore runs and drop-offs straightforward, while Wi‑Fi and air conditioning cover the real-world basics.
