Calm, highly capable and deeply passionate about his craft, he creates beautifully prepared dishes with a strong focus on flavour, quality and guest enjoyment.

Having worked in acclaimed kitchens in France, Ireland, the United States and Mallorca, Jian is known for his creativity, consistency and thoughtful approach to menu design. His style is refined yet approachable, drawing on classical training as well as a flair for contemporary and Asian-influenced cuisine. Guests will appreciate his ability to tailor each meal to the occasion, whether that means relaxed lunches on deck or elegant dinners on board.
