Job Description

Her varied experience makes her a versatile crew member with a strong focus on organisation, hospitality and guest service.

Job Description

As Chef, Ioanna is responsible for planning, preparing and presenting meals for guests and crew, taking into account individual preferences and dietary requirements. She manages provisioning, galley organisation, food hygiene and inventory while maintaining a clean and efficient galley. She works closely with the rest of the crew to provide a high standard of hospitality and an enjoyable onboard experience.
